| Description |
Highly professional safety footwear with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection. Designated for use in EPA (Electrostatic Area),
where only equipment with ESD protection is allowed. Footwear is pursuant to recommendations of standards of protection against
electrostatic discharges. Guarantees full protection against ESD is necessary while operating modern electronic devices and in production
of electronic devices. Man generates charges of static electricity with their every single move. Friction with conducting material generates an immediate flow of charges.
ESD is a synonym for Electro Static Discharge and it relates to the flow (discharges) of static electricity between two bodies during the friction. Static charges have become one of the greatest problems of electronic industry. It is recommended to conform to standard 61340-5-2 in order to ensure the protection against ESD phenomenon. Julex is the manufacturer of the professional safety footwear with ESD for use in EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area). Our products conform to the terms of the harmonised standards:
- PN-EN ISO 20 347:2005(U)
- PN-EN ISO 61340-5-1
- PN-EN 61340-5-2
Our products had been put to the tests according to the requirements of standards and the results were positive. At customer's request every single pair of footwear can be verified after the production process and an individual test result can be attached.
